Why WinCity Baseball?

WinCity Baseball was created to raise the standard for youth baseball in Winchester. As a non-profit sister organization to WinCity Baseball Academy, we’re committed to building well-rounded athletes through structure, discipline, and positive leadership. Founded by Shenandoah University alum and local standout Haden Madagan, our program brings a collegiate-level approach to youth training focused on mastering the fundamentals and elevating baseball IQ from the ground up.

Every practice is purposeful. Players work through proven, high-impact drills designed to sharpen core skills and deepen their understanding of the game. Our coaches follow a clear and consistent development plan to ensure every player is learning the right way, with the right support.

We focus on the work, the details, and the growth that comes with it. “Train Hard. Play Harder.” is how we show up, how we teach, and how we play. Every step of the way.

Each season will include a predictable schedule with regular practices, double headers, and tournaments designed to give players ample opportunity to test their skills and abilities.
