    Haden Madagan

    HEAD COACH (OUTFIELD)

    Haden was born and raised in Winchester, Virginia. He grew up playing baseball locally under Bob Brown, where he got his start in All-Stars and Travel ball. He played in the Junior Little League World Series, winning the US Championship. At Millbrook High School, Haden earned:

    - 1st Team All-District Outfield honors twice
    - 1st Team All-Area Outfield honors twice
    - 2nd Team All-Region

    He attended Shenandoah University, graduating with a Masters in Business Administration in 2025.

    As a five-year starter in the outfield for Shenandoah, Haden helped his team win an ODAC Championship and a Regional Championship.

    - He was named to the Tournament Team twice
    - Earned the Team Award for Rookie of the Year in 2021
    - Received 2nd Team All-ODAC Outfield honors in 2024 
    - Served the Shenandoah Hornets as team captain
    - Receiving 3rd Team All-ODAC in 2025.

    In 2024, Haden founded WinCity Baseball Academy with long time friend and teammate Frankie Ritter, aimed to provide quality 1-1 training for young athletes fueling his passion to mentor young athletes and give back to his community.

    Frankie Ritter

    ASSISTANT COACH (INFIELD)

    Frankie is a proud local of Stephens City, Virginia, where his passion for baseball began with playing locally in Winchester, VA under Bob Brown. He developed his skills at Sherando High School and continued his journey at Shenandoah University, where he served as the captain of the baseball team for three years.

    At Shenandoah, Frankie achieved the second-highest number of all-time D3 hits (353) and D3 runs scored (273). He holds school records for career hits, runs scored, triples, and assists. His dedication on the field earned him numerous accolades, including being a three-time First Team All-ODAC player, a four-time All-Region player, a five-time All-Tournament Team member, and a three-time All-State player. In his final year of college, Frankie recorded 216 total chances with just 2 errors.

    He also helped coach the Sherando High School baseball team from 2024-2025.

    As a coach, Frankie brings high energy and a passion for winning. He is committed to making athletes better while ensuring they enjoy the process. His goal is to instill a love for the game and help each player reach their full potential.
